Citizenship Ceremony 24th Oct. 2015 Ang Mo kio GRC – SengKang West SMC

As my home is in HouGang, in every general election will be allocated to different constituency(most of the time for my home address), this 2015 GE my home belongs to Ang Mo Kia GRC – Sengkang West SMC, I didn’t catch up the voting, but the good thing is the Guest-Of-Honour is PM Lee for this time Citizenship Ceremony, so I had the chance to receive the Citizenship Certificate from PM Lee and took photo with him afterwards.

Haze continue to persist in Singapore

Singapore haze has lasted more than one month, this was caused by Indonesia firms and farmers who engaged in illegal slash and burn practices, this is a way of inexpensively clearing the land, this year (2015) becomes more severe as someones says it is because of dry conditions caused by El Niño phenomenon make the fire spread more easily and widely, at the end of September, the PSI(Pollutant Standard Index) hit a record high with a reading of 341, the MOE announced the schools to be closed, it is said 2015 haze crisis has becomes the worst records in the region, even outstripped the 1997 haze crisis which loses 9 billion US Dollar.

Singapore Experiential Tour (Set G)

Registered the Singapore Experiential Tour as 16th May 2015 from 9:00AM to 12:00 PM, it’s part of the Singapore journey to obtain the Singapore citizen, the tour is to walk around the Fort Canning Park, lead by our tour guide Patrick, there are around 40 people, and divided into two group, after we registered at the Singapore Museum at 9:00 AM, inside the 20 people group we introduced ourselves one by one, who you are, where are you from, how long have been in Singapore, where to live, favorite Singapore local food.

Singapore Citizenship AIP (Approve in principle)

Applied Singapore citizenship on June 2014, it took more than 10 months for ICA to process my application,  24th April, I opened my mailbox as regular, found one letter from ICA, it was one page and I thought it was a reject letter, normally one page letter is always rejection letter, but when I saw ‘We are pleased to inform you  that…’, it was approved, the date is 19th April, took one week to reach my mailbox.

Passed ITIL foudation v3 exam on 1st April

Just passed the ITIL foundation v3 exam in the morning, 40 multiple choice questions, completed as 90%, answered 4 questions wrongly, attended the NTUC learning hub 3 days course from 18th, 19th, 20th, cost around 1000 SD, read though the training material, and there are two sample papers at the end of the material, other than this, googled and baidu for more questions dump and studied through, from 21st to 31st of March, at least 2 hours of study each day, I am kind of feeling confident before the exam, finally cleared it today morning, the exam venue is the same as the training, at NTUC learning centre, Bras Basah.
